Iced Nougat Cafe Latte

Put all ingredients mentioned above into a shaker. Shake well until thoroughly cold. Pour the mixture from shaker into a serving glass filled with ice cubes. Put on whipped cream on top, and dip in nougat sticks. Sprinkle chocolate powder to finish, and serve.
